The Forest Lea Trails represents thousands of hours of volunteer labour by a few dedicated mountain bikers. Consider it takes about 2 to 3 hours to make 100m of singletrack trail, and then consider there are 32km (32000m) of singletrack at Forest Lea! We love to ride our bikes and we love to make great trails to ride on.

Your contributions cover the costs of making and maintaining trails for you to ride. Contributions of $20 annually can be considered a trail pass of sorts. It shows your support for the work being done on your behalf.

But more importantly, we need a list of people willing to show that they value this important community resource. Having a long list of supporters helps with our negotiations for permits and when logging inevitably happens. We need some way to quantify the value of these trails, and your $20 is a way to do this. It's important!

Gearheads in Petawawa will also take cash donations of $20 and direct it back to our trail group. Thanks to them! Don't forget to download a trailmap to your phone or gps from www.mtbproject.com or use the app to navigate the trails.

Please pass the word and get your riding buddies to sign up as well. More contributions means more great trails and a voice in how our crown land in managed!
