I went swimming last night in the swamp crossing. The stream was in full flood, and the bridges were floating downstream. Yep, chest deep to retrieve them. The crossing is impassable - the sound of the rapids formed from the flooding dam will likely give you the hint. Until the water mellows out, the bridges won't be put back in place.
