In November and December the red pine plantations are being logged at FLT. That means that the small section behind the trailhead sign/trail entry will go first, then ART, then the larger plantation at Pines 1 and 2.
Stay clear of any logging operations as there is obviously trees falling and big machines crawling around. Any sections being logged are to be considered closed.
We are getting some cooperation to save our trails. We'll clean up the mess in the spring.
