In the next week I expect the ground to thaw. If you are sinking in and leaving ruts, please wait another day. It is usually only a day or two of mushy conditions, but the ruts last all year.
Some bridges need work - don't assume they are positioned properly with the flooded streams, they may have moved. Use at your own risk.
